It’s not a virus issue because I scan my laptop weekly for viruses. I still have half of my hard drive free. My Internet connection is pretty good. I use AT&T Internet service and I ordered the package with the fastest Internet service. My computer is an ASUS laptop. I use Firefox and chrome but it takes like 15 minutes to load a single page.
